We are happy to share that our wedding weekend has been successfully re-scheduled for May 29, 30 and 31, 2026, and will still be hosted at Mandarina.
The itinerary and location for each event remains the same, however due to the summer time change and warmer weather we'll be updating the timing of some events slightly.
Our concierge team will be reaching out to you all with an updated and refreshed invitation and we kindly request your RSVP confirmation, once more. We understand if your travel plans have changed.
Thank you all for your words of encouragement, patience and understanding as we worked to find a new date. We would love nothing more than to have you join us.
We recognize the rescheduling means travel plans may have changed. Our concierge team will be sharing an updated and refreshed digital invite to all of our guests in the coming weeks.
We kindly request you provide our concierge team with any regrets or attendance confirmations.
If you'd like to reach out to them, please text (MX) +52 55 3485 9567 via WhatsApp and provide your full name. You can always text Daniel or Laurencia as well.
Please provide RSVP details for all three events.
Puerto Vallarta is the nearest airport to Mandarina, approximately 45 miles away. A new toll road connects Mandarina to the airport, allowing for a safe and seamless travel option. We recommend booking drivers through your hotel for airport pick-ups and drop-offs.
Guadalajara is the closest major city to Mandarina, and is approximately 150 miles away. The two areas are also connected by an upgraded toll road for safe and efficient travel.
Mandarina's security team requests that you present a valid photo ID when entering the property, regardless of if you are entering via our provided shuttle or in your own vehicle.
If you are entering the property in your own vehicle or via Taxi/Uber, please let our event concierge team know 1) the names of all wedding guests traveling in vehicle 2) name of the driver 3) expected time of entry and vehicle information (make/model/plate number). They will share this information with Mandarina's security team.
We recommend sharing this information as soon as you enter your vehicle to give our event team and the security desk enough time to share the details.
All three wedding events - welcome cocktail, ceremony & reception, beach party - will be outdoors, and in paved areas (you won't be walking on sand).
Temperatures will range between 95F during the day to 70F in the evening, with significant humidity.
We will be providing bug repellent, water, and fans to help keep you all comfortable, and would recommend carrying sunglasses, sunscreen and some extra bug repellent daily. Pashminas and slippers will also be handed out during the reception on Saturday.
We'd be happy to! Dress code for each event is as follows:
Welcome Cocktail - Beach Cocktail Attire, event will be beachfront at the Rosewood Beach Pavilion. We recommend linen suits for men and summer dresses and comfortable heels or sandals for women. But if you're coming from the airport, just come on over, we can't wait to see you! Sample Pinterest board here.
Ceremony & Reception - Black Tie, event will be oceanfront on a platform over the sand. Black tuxedos or suits for men, long dresses and gowns for women. Bright-colored dresses will stand out beautifully against the landscape. **To accommodate the warmer and humid weather we will be starting the ceremony later in the day, and providing cooling fans. Sample Pinterest board here.
Beach Party - Beach Club Attire, the event will be poolside and beachside, we recommend linen shirts and swim trunks for men, and beach cover ups and sun dresses for women. Don't forget your swimsuit, both the ocean and pool will be calling your name. Sample Pinterest board here.
We want to see you in your most fabulous outfits! While there are no color restrictions for the wedding, we kindly ask that our guests adhere to the Black Tie dress code for the ceremony and reception: women in long dresses or gowns, men in tuxedos or black suits.
We recognize the new wedding date means the weather will be warmer and more humid. We are bringing in cooling fans and have delayed the ceremony start time to accommodate the summer weather.
During the ceremony, we kindly ask guests to put their phone away and soak in the experience with us.
For all other events, you are welcome to take as many pictures as you like! However, please be mindful of our photography and video team to avoid blocking them or using flash photography near their shots.
